Our client is looking for an experienced Envelope Manager. You will be qualified and have excellent hands on experience `on-site`, and not a desk bound manager. You will have dealt with and managed large multi million dollar projects, especially within the Airport/Infrastructure industry. You main focus will be the external cladding and glazing of this highly important build project.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Envelope Manager and handled prestigious and complex building (residential / commercial, Hotels or Hospitals/Airports) projects worth more than U.S. $ 500M each.
The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with a strong personality, would speak fluent English and would have a `hands on` approach rather than a back office Engineer. Preference will be given for candidates with Airport experience, or major project experience, ideally in the Middle East.
