The Commercial Manager will have responsibility for the contractual / commercial performance of the project, including pre-contract commercial work, claims and overseeing post contract activities. They will manage the commercial activities to ensure effective and timely financial reporting providing consistent transparent and reliable financial information. They will maintain and evolve the necessary policies and procedures to effectively manage commercial and contractual risk.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor (MRICS/MCIOB) or similar. Preference will be given for candidates with Airport experience, or major project experience, ideally in the Middle East.
