They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the general responsibilities focusing on the monitoring of the project activities during the Construction Phase, including setting up and monitoring systems including Procedures and Plans for the Civil/MEP/Architectural construction projects, supervising a multi-discipline team of Engineers/ Inspectors on site, performing internal audits, and handling all issues within the project.
You will hold a degree in Engineering with over 10 years experience within an Infrastructure/Build background. You will have extensive knowledge of large scale Infrastructure Projects, Project Management, and Construction Management.
The right candidate must also have the ability to communicate well at all levels within the Project. In addition you’ll need to possess good planning, presentation and organizational skills, the vision to identify quality improvement opportunities and the ability to achieve results through motivation and team working.
Preference will be given to candidates with Airport experience, or major project experience, ideally in China/Hong Kong or Malaysia, and be able to converse in Mandarin.
